This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals and save on dining out. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with information about local attractions. The location on the outskirts of town was convenient, as it was close to everything and I could easily walk to nearby restaurants.

The locality of where it was to the sporting fields..

My trip down to Townsville was because I'am a Cowboys fan have been since they made the team. Would like to go and see most of their home games. Staying at the motel was convienient for me to go to the stadium. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.thank you

We had a great stay at this motel. The location is convenient and easy to access from the main national highway. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit and well-appointed. We loved the comfortable beds and the outdoor courtyard with its table and chairs.

Arrived after 7pm, had to phone to get key etc. This is fine if your mobile will work in Aus, if not big prob.

You get free internet and the rooms are very clean. It's located a little far from where all the action is, but there is still plenty to do if you have your own transport.

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. They didn't offer much information about the area or make us feel invited.

That I could find somewhere to sleep since everything was full booked due to the cyklon Yasi.

Quite expensive since they were without power at my night. They almost charged me full price I think AU$110 and I could even not read my book and no A/C. The power cut is not their fault but they should half the price and not take advantage of the situation like they did, they could also contribute since we all suffered due to the cyklon.

The bed was big and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. The location was great, close to everywhere I needed to go for my business trip. the room had everything I needed for my stay, including modern and fresh facilities.

Sadly, there was some noise from the road during the night, which was a bit frustrating. However, this was partially solved by closing the window.

Room was clean comfortable and the location was easy to get to from place of work from either side of Townsville

There were a few ants on the floor, which were not a problem until they moved in on an empty food container overnight.

I had a remarkable stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were warm and welcoming, even though there was a mix-up with our accommodation. They had our room ready in no time and were happy to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area with BBQ facilities was great. The hotel had all the basic amenities we required, and the location was convenient, with shops and a cinema nearby. The bed was super-comfy and the kitchenette was a bonus. Breakfast was included, making it excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and would choose it again if I'm ever in the area.
